Currently a bit gob-smacked about how easily the whole situation in Bangkok ended.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s over (the worst part) and thank god for that! It’s just amazing how all this started and ended, where many people’s lives were changed and some forever, all in a matter of 10 weeks or so.
Hopefully we all learned something from this Daunting Period of which nobody got anything, but at least maybe we can realize how lucky it is to have a ” Safe, Normal & Happy Everyday Life”.
My condolences go to the family and friends of the people who were injured or lost.
All in all, regarding the situation and events that occurred, it could have been worse & I am just relieved that at least now there will be some sort of “Direction” for the future and people living in Thailand.
Or maybe, this is just a small coffee break since there are still many other problems that haven’t been solved yet.
I hope things get better in this wonderful country that could be even more prosperous, as long as there is Peace, Dignity and …in this case, Direction.
I am not Christian, but like the Psalm 126:5 “They that sow in tears, shall reap with joy.”
For now, (at least) we can get a good nights rest, I hope.
Goodnight Bangkok, although your World Trade Center (Central World) has currently been looted and is burning on the news…
