The Thai-way of adapting/putting things to use….
Just a thought about how the way things can be seen to some people as junk can be used so far longer in/as a different role, leading a similar life yet being totally un-noticed (in this case…haha) and so much more useful.
We are what we are. How to make it to good use is something most people aren’t aware of or just can’t realize.
Good Management is when the right person is placed to do the right job. Then you don’t have to keep an eye on the person so much, he will like doing his work, be good at what he/she’s at or even better, the company makes revenue, you fulfill your own job & your life is easier, you get paid more and you’re happy for the guy who’s happy working away and you’re happy to make the right decision. And they all lived happily ever after…. Fin…
However (you can stop barfing now) people aren’t perfect. There are a bunch of things that make it appropriate (even to other people) for the person to take the job, only sometimes it isn’t so.
To know your own biggest strength and put it to a good cause is something we all dream of. Only even if we did know it, for some people it is hard to accept. Yeah, in the end humans are just like every other organism.
To overcome this, people change. Some do, some don’t, some can & some can’t. I suppose this maybe the moral of this story.
“Change, before you have to.” - Jack Welch
Dude! Wake up! Eveything changes. It’s only your mind that’s refusing! Why is it so hard to accept? Just take a step-back, chill-out, get you’re priorities right, do whatever you want but you never know until you try it. Change is Inevitable! - By Y.K.
I hope this helps some people who are struggling with change. Don’t worry. It happens anyway. Only you don’t know. Just get over it.
So many things to do and learn, so many people to meet, so little time in such a short life. So many things to know and realize, then pass-on to the next generation.
For the better? Lets just hope so… sometimes I wonder how I got here. But I never question why. It’s because it’s my choice, only it’s just so automatic (Auto-Pilot!? BLING!!!) that I forget to ask. Not that I don’t have an aim or purpose in life, it’s just so natural, I could never regret my choices. And then I think to myself, What (TF!? am I doing in such) a Wonderful World~….
